Customer Experience Innovation Certificate by Northwestern University
The Customer Experience Innovation online short course from Medill at Northwestern University is taught by Northwestern University professors, Frank Dudley and Vijay Viswanathan. The course is completely asynchronous and takes place over a six-week period. The MarTech Strategy online short course will be launched on July 7, 2021. The course is taught by Frank Dudley and is completely asynchronous.
