This class introduces students to the new Age of Dynamic Marketing in which CX is now at the center of marketing strategy and marketing is managed in real time Students will learn a framework by which to assess and prioritize CX capabilities for near-term and long-term success as well as how to develop more innovative CX strategies involving Content, Strategic Partnerships, Dynamically Optimized Media, Jobs-To-Be-Done and Dynamic Pricing and Conversion.

This class introduces students to Agile Marketing + Design Thinking as new and better ways by which marketing teams more effectively collaborate and employ more customer-centric and personalized campaigns and initiatives. The investments made in MarTech, AI and Machine Learning need a new set of processes and methods to be effective.
